FACILITY STANDARDS

To help us maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all players, families, and visitors, the following standards apply to everyone entering the facility:

  • All players must have a valid waiver completed before taking part in any activity.

  • Players under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • All players, parents, and visitors are expected to review and follow posted facility rules at all times.
  • All parents and visitors must stay off the playing area at all times to ensure a safe and unobstructed space for players.
  • Only registered participants with approved session access may enter the playing or activity areas.
  • Everyone must follow all staff instructions and facility guidelines.
  • Participants must be in suitable health condition to safely take part in training or activity.
  • Personal items such as phones, watches, eyewear, jewelry, or other loose accessories must be secured before participation.
  • Players and visitors must remain aware of others and act responsibly to help maintain a safe environment.
  • Respect your physical limits and participate responsibly.
  • Children under 13 must remain under parent or guardian supervision unless they are part of a supervised program.
  • Respect for the facility, staff, fellow players, and families is expected at all times.
  • No littering is permitted anywhere in the facility.
  • Please dispose of all garbage in the proper bins.
  • Help us keep The Nest clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
  • All players, parents, and visitors are expected to leave the space clean after use.
